The Symple integration with Apex27, powered by GlueDog, allows you to order compliance certificates directly from your CRM and track their progress in real time.
This reduces admin and ensures all documents are returned and stored in the correct place.
From a property record in Apex27, launch the GlueDog Chrome Extension and click New Order to begin. You’ll be taken to Symple to complete the order, and once submitted, the request begins processing. The Chrome Extension shows the status of your latest orders, giving you clear visibility across your properties at any time.
When an order is complete, the certificate is automatically pushed back into the Property Documents in Apex27, removing the need for manual uploads. By connecting Symple and Apex27 through GlueDog, agents can manage compliance certificates more efficiently, keep documents organised, and stay on top of every order from within their CRM workflow. ✅
