The Muuvo integration with MRI Sales & Lettings, powered by GlueDog, automates how upcoming tenancies are identified and shared, giving agents full control while removing repetitive admin.

Once connected, GlueDog scans MRI Sales & Lettings to spot new and upcoming tenancies before they even start. Tenancies due to begin within the next 14 days are shown directly inside the GlueDog Chrome Extension, allowing you to choose which ones to send to Muuvo and which to ignore. Active tenancies, or those where referencing has passed, are sent automatically. Provisional tenancies are shared 14 days before the start date, giving Muuvo time to offer their move-in services - or you can push them across instantly if needed. Withdrawn tenancies are removed automatically, and you can opt out of notifications on a property-by-property basis.

GlueDog also keeps Muuvo updated throughout the tenancy lifecycle, tracking move-outs and passing over meter readings at key points such as move-in day, day seven and day fourteen.
