TDS Northern Ireland is the official government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme for Northern Ireland, providing landlords and letting agents with a secure and compliant way to protect tenant deposits in line with legislation. As a not-for-profit organisation, TDS NI safeguards tenant money throughout the tenancy and offers access to an independent dispute resolution service where agreement cannot be reached at the end of a tenancy.
