The TDS Northern Ireland integration with Street, powered by GlueDog, automatically tracks tenancies to make sure deposits are protected on time.

This removes the risk of missed deadlines, keeps you compliant, and simplifies both deposit registration and refunds within your usual workflow.

Any unprotected deposits are clearly highlighted in the GlueDog Chrome Extension, so you can see straight away which tenancies need attention. To protect a deposit, open the tenancy in Street, launch the extension, and click Protect Tenancy. The registration form is automatically filled using the tenancy details already in Street - just review and submit.

Once submitted, the deposit is registered directly with TDS Northern Ireland and confirmation is shown in the Chrome Extension. GlueDog continues to monitor the deposit, automatically adding the deposit certificate to Street once payment is confirmed, and making it available to view at any time. When it’s time to refund, you can start the process directly from the tenancy or move-out page in Street, with GlueDog handling the request - keeping deposits protected, documents organised, and refunds straightforward. ✅
