The Muuvo integration with iamproperty, powered by GlueDog, automates how tenancy information is shared while keeping agents firmly in control.

It reduces manual admin by identifying upcoming tenancies and managing when notifications are sent - all from within your usual CRM workflow.

Once connected, GlueDog scans iamproperty to identify tenancies due to start within the next 14 days and lists them clearly in the GlueDog Chrome Extension. These aren’t sent automatically straight away, giving you time to review what’s already been actioned and choose which tenancies to send to Muuvo and which to skip. For new tenancies, details are sent automatically when a tenancy becomes active, referencing is completed, or the start date falls within the next 14 days. If a tenancy is further away, you still have the option to send it early if needed.

GlueDog also gives you property-level control, allowing you to opt out of Muuvo updates for specific properties directly from the Chrome Extension. As tenancies progress and come to an end, GlueDog continues to monitor changes and keeps Muuvo updated automatically. By connecting Muuvo and iamproperty through GlueDog, agents stay organised, reduce admin, and maintain full visibility and control - without changing how they work day to day. ✅
