Once connected, GlueDog scans iamproperty to identify upcoming tenancies and displays those due to start within the next 14 days inside the GlueDog Chrome Extension. These aren’t sent automatically straight away, giving you time to review and choose which tenancies to send to Notify and which to skip. For new tenancies, details are shared automatically when a tenancy becomes active, referencing is complete, or the start date falls within the next 14 days. You can also send provisional tenancies early if needed.

From the Chrome Extension, you can open properties directly in Notify and manage property-specific settings, including opting out of updates where required. GlueDog continues to monitor tenancy progress and move-outs, keeping Notify updated as changes happen. By connecting Notify and iamproperty through GlueDog, agents can streamline utility notifications, stay organised, and maximise opportunities — all without changing how they work in their CRM. ✅
