Any unprotected deposits are clearly highlighted in the GlueDog Chrome Extension, giving you instant visibility of what needs action. From the tenancy record, you can click Register Deposit, with the registration form automatically pre-filled using details already stored in iamproperty. Once reviewed and submitted, the deposit is registered directly with TDS Northern Ireland and confirmation is shown immediately in the extension.

GlueDog continues to monitor the deposit, automatically checking for payment confirmation and adding the deposit certificate to the property documents once received. The certificate can also be viewed at any time via the Chrome Extension. When it’s time to refund, you can initiate the process directly from the tenancy or move-out page, keeping everything organised and reducing manual admin from start to finish. ✅
