The SafeDeposits Scotland integration with Apex27, powered by GlueDog, automatically monitors your tenancies to ensure deposits are protected on time and remain compliant.
This reduces the risk of missed deadlines and keeps everything connected to your CRM.
Unprotected deposits are clearly highlighted in the GlueDog Chrome Extension, so you can quickly see what needs action. From the property record, click Register Deposit, with the form automatically pre-filled using tenancy details from Apex27. Simply review and submit.
Once registered, confirmation is shown immediately and the deposit certificate is added to the property documents once payment is received. Refunds can also be initiated directly from the property page, keeping the process simple and reducing manual admin. ✅

SafeDeposits Scotland
SafeDeposits Scotland is a government-approved tenancy deposit protection scheme for residential tenancies across Scotland, helping landlords and letting agents protect tenant deposits in accordance with Scottish legislation. As Scotland’s only deposit protection scheme based in the country, it securely holds deposits for the duration of the tenancy and provides access to an independent dispute resolution service when required.
