From the tenancy record, click Register Deposit, with the form automatically pre-filled using tenancy details from MRI Sales & Lettings. Simply review and submit to complete the protection.

Once registered, confirmation is shown immediately and the deposit certificate is automatically added to the property documents once payment is received. The certificate can also be viewed at any time via the Chrome Extension. When it’s time to refund, you can start the process directly from the tenancy page, keeping everything organised and reducing manual admin from start to finish. ✅
