The Veyco integration with Apex27, powered by GlueDog, allows you to order AML, identity and tenancy reference checks directly from your CRM. This reduces manual admin, improves compliance visibility, and keeps all checks and documents connected to the correct records.

Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view recent Veyco cases and their live statuses directly from the dashboard. To create a new case, open a property or contact record in Apex27, launch the extension, and select Create Case. From there, choose the case type, contact type and relevant contact before submitting the request. For rental workflows, tenancy reference cases can also be created directly from a listing, with property and transaction details automatically pulled through.

Once submitted, checks begin processing in Veyco and completed documents are automatically pushed back into Apex27, where the case is marked as completed. By connecting Veyco and Apex27 through GlueDog, agents can manage compliance checks more efficiently, reduce duplicate admin, and keep all records organised within their existing CRM workflow. ✅
