Orders can be placed quickly, tracked in real time, and completed documents are automatically returned to Apex27 - helping reduce admin and improve visibility across your pipeline.

Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view recent LandmarkAgent orders and their live statuses from one central dashboard. From a property or contact record in Apex27, select Create Order to place AML, Source of Funds or title document requests. Forms are automatically pre-filled using information already stored in your CRM, allowing orders to be submitted quickly and accurately. If an AML result fails, you can review the order, apply an override and continue the workflow directly from the extension.

Once checks or document orders are completed, the results are automatically pushed back into Apex27 and stored against the relevant property or contact record. By connecting LandmarkAgent and Apex27 through GlueDog, agents can manage compliance and title workflows more efficiently, reduce duplicate admin, and keep all related documents organised within their CRM workflow. ✅
