Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view recent Veyco cases and their live statuses directly from the dashboard. To create a new case, open a property or contact record in Rex Software, launch the extension, and select Create Case. From there, choose the case type, contact type and relevant contact before completing and submitting the request.

Once submitted, checks begin processing in Veyco and completed documents are automatically pushed back into Rex Software, where the case is marked as completed. By connecting Veyco and Rex Software through GlueDog, agents can manage compliance checks more efficiently, reduce duplicate admin, and keep all records organised within their CRM workflow. ✅
