We do this by:

•Marketing on Channel 4, Sky, and through our partnerships with MoneySavingExpert and Which? connects agents with vendors they wouldn't reach otherwise.

•Showing vendors our shortlist of agents based on objective performance data, such as percentage of asking price achieved, the average time it takes for them to agree a sale and the number of properties they have listed within a radius of the property.

•Increasing the number of valuation requests to agents signed up with GetAgent and rewarding them with the market share they deserve.
