  • Our system covers the full tenancy cycle, e.g., check-in, Inventory, check-out and our specialist Midterm reporting application sends collated information from the midterm visit and applies it to our Habitation Manager, ‘Willis’; this then produces a habitation status per property.

    Willis is KPR’s automated property management assistant for scheduling and reminders, including certification and expiry dates. Willis also communicates with tenants and oversees FFHH. KPR provides essential PropTech tools for letting agents to produce high quality property reports. Provides ease of use, with full technical support and training demos.

    Willis works in tandem with our Tenant Login, for smart communication between the tenant and property manager, whereby tenants can report maintenance issues, which sends that information directly into the system which notifies the property management team.

    Our Tenant Login features also include:

    a) Property self-assessments – Tenant-led property report, replicating a midterm report and allows for general overview of the property’s condition, including certification expiry dates and smoke detector test status.

    b) Tenant Login messaging - Two-way messaging between agent and tenant, allows for tenancy specific communication e.g., arranging property inspections.

    c) Maintenance reporting - Portal to allow tenants to report any maintenance issues in their rental property; this will feed into the Issue Manager.

    d) Tenancy documents - Upload tenancy documents to the Tenant Login. With specific document status information, can see if, and when documents have been viewed.

    We have a range of apps that work on Android and Apple platforms that are compatible on tablet and mobile devices, and our KPR applications work simultaneously with our desktop manger that provides MI for property managers.
