Once enabled, property and tenancy details from Street are automatically shared with Inventory Hive, so reports can be created without re-entering information.

When reports are completed in Inventory Hive, they’re automatically sent back into Street and saved against the relevant property or tenancy, ensuring documents are always easy to find. The integration settings allow you to control what data is shared and set default templates for different property types. Properties are automatically matched when the integration is first switched on, with checks carried out before everything goes live.

Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view the latest inventory reports, access reports linked to the property or tenancy you’re viewing in Street, and manually trigger a sync if a property hasn’t synced yet. GlueDog keeps both systems aligned in the background, helping agents save time, reduce errors and manage inventories more efficiently without changing how they work day to day. ✅
