Once connected, GlueDog automatically matches boards in SignMaster3 to properties in Rex. Boards that need action are clearly shown in the GlueDog Chrome Extension, based on properties marked For Sale or To Let. You can order a board directly from the extension or from within a property record in Rex, with the order form already filled in using property details from your CRM. Pending movements, unsuccessful installs and property-specific options are all visible in one place, and movements can be cancelled easily if they haven’t started.

GlueDog continues to manage updates automatically as listings change. When a property moves to Sold or Let Agreed, the board status is updated and collection is arranged for the completion or tenancy start date. You can also control whether collections happen automatically or simply receive clear prompts when action is needed.
