From the tenancy record, click Protect Tenancy, with the form automatically pre-filled using tenancy details from iamproperty. Simply review and submit to complete the protection.

Once registered, confirmation is shown immediately and the deposit certificate is automatically added to the property documents. The certificate can be viewed or downloaded at any time via the Chrome Extension. When it’s time to refund, you can start the process directly from the tenancy or move-out page, keeping everything organised and reducing manual admin from start to finish. ✅
