In the background, GlueDog automatically checks for new tenancies each night and adds them into Sorto, allowing tenants to report repairs as soon as they move in. When a tenancy ends, tenant accounts are deactivated automatically.

As repairs are created or updated in Sorto, they are synced back into Street as maintenance requests, keeping maintenance records accurate and up to date.
