Using the GlueDog Chrome Extension, you can view recent repairs across your portfolio or see all repairs linked to a specific property in MRI Sales & Lettings. Selecting a repair opens it directly in Sorto for management and updates. GlueDog also checks for new tenancies each night and adds them into Sorto automatically, allowing tenants to report repairs as soon as they move in. When a tenancy ends, tenant accounts are deactivated automatically.

As repairs are created or updated in Sorto, they are synced back into MRI Sales & Lettings as property-related actions, helping keep maintenance records accurate and up to date while reducing manual admin. ✅
